I welcome you to Charlotte Hair Studios reward program – The program created because I believe all my clients deserve to be rewarded. You will automatically be enrolled to take advantage of this exciting program and – with no card to carry! It is my way of thanking you for being a valued guest.
Net one dollar for every 25 points earned. I will track the points you earn with each visit. Your point totals will be emailed on your guest receipt to view at the end of your salon visit. Points can be redeemed at specific point values for any of our salon services or hair care products.
HERE’S HOW YOUR ACCUMULATED CHARLOTTE HAIR STUDIO REWARD POINTS CAN BE REDEEMED
You can reward your Charlotte Hair Studio points toward the purchase of any whole salon service or hair care products. The more points you earn, the greater the redemption. All points are listed on the website for hair salon services. For product purchases I can let you know at checkout if you are eligible. Here are a few of the benefits you will enjoy.
STUDIO SALON PURCHASES
Earn points for every dollar spent on salon services and hair care products.
$4 = 1 point
Products purchased include 10% more points. This is on top of any sales or discounts on the dollar amount.
Add on services can be redeemed at ½ the points of other services and product purchases.
BONUS-POINTS ACCUMULATION
We’ll notify you via email and social media ONLY for special service & product package promotions during which your purchases can help earn Charlotte Hair Studio points even faster. So be sure to tabitha@charlottehair.com is listed in your contacts to avoid the junk/spam folder.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Charlotte Hair Studio reward points are accumulated through December 31st of each calendar year. Reward points are non-transferrable and have no cash value. No-show, appointment cancellations will forfeit earned points. Reward points are excluded from eligible for hair extensions, salon tools or gift certificates. Charlotte Hair Studio & Tabitha Osman reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, and point values of the Charlotte Hair Studio reward program without prior notice.
